Nautical archaeologists have claimed to discover the "monumental" conical stone pile built of large, natural, unhewn basalt cobbles and boulders, on the floor of the Sea of Galilee.  According to the nautical archaeologists, the cone shaped structure may have been built onshore and then submerged by the sea.
